Welcome to the Shi De Ru Shaolin Institute. We are dedicated to improving your health and wellness with programs in Yang and Chen style Tai Chi, Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, and Sanshou Kickboxing.
Our master is directly from the Shaolin Temple in China, and we believe in the Shaolin philosophy of improving your mind, body and spirit and cultivating yourself so that you may in turn help others in your life and community. What we offer is beyond martial arts; it is a path to improve yourself physically and mentally.
